Energy Efficient:
The Evaporcool™ system reduces the amount of energy an air conditioning unit consumes – especially during peak energy cooling hours. The patented Temperwrap™ cooling process chills water by wrapping it around the suction line of the operating compressor. It does not require any additional energy to chill the water.
No harmful chemicals or CFCs:
Evaporcool™ is a natural, clean cooling process that pulls fresh air through a filter media sprayed with chilled water. It does not add any harmful chemicals or CFCs such as Freon, to the cooling process. The process also cleans the air, reducing the build-up of dirt on the coils. The cleaning process becomes so quick and easy, technicians no longer have to use harmful chemicals to clean the coils.
Conserves Water:
Other evaporative pre-coolers waste a lot of water. SmartSpray™, the patent-pending control panel, continuously monitors the environment and only activates the solenoid spray valves when necessary. This optimizes the amount of water used so as to use only as much water as is necessary.
The Evaporcool™ System was recently tested at Underwriters Laboratories Inc.’s 16,000 square foot state-of-the-art testing facility in Plano, Texas. The testing was performed on a 7.5 ton DX style Air Conditioning System at 95°F, 98F and 105°F. The graph represent the results.
