Reducing Energy and Costs Has Never Been This Easy
The many benefits of the Evaporcool™ System arise from the brilliant performance of its two primary functions.

1.Evaporating chilled water reduces the temperature of the air entering the condensing coil, providing a dramatically more efficient heat exchange. Through its patented processes ,the Evaporcool™ system reduces the temperature of the air being pulled into a unit. The cooler the air entering the coils, the less energy your HVAC unit requires to transfer heat. Through this process, Evaporcool™ reduces energy consumption (kWh), demand (kVA), and the probability of system failures; while increasing both the Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) and the working life of the equipment.

2.Filtering all the air entering the condensing unit to remove dirt and other debris before they reach the coils. The Evaporcool™ system includes two separate filtering media, one dry and one wet. These two components work together to filter out dirt, cottonwood, plastic bags, or other materials that would otherwise end up being pulled into your unit’s coils and collecting there (coil fouling). These components also work to shelter the unit from damage caused by contact, either accidental or weather related. Coil fouling is the number one cause of commercial HVAC cooling system efficiency loss and compressor failure. Preventing the accumulation of dirt and debris on the coils and keeping them from sustaining damage, drastically reduces the need for expensive coil cleanings. Additionally, keeping the unit clean allows it to run more efficiently, require less energy and have a longer lifespan. As a result of these processes, the Evaporcool™ system:
  • Reduces coil fouling (the number one cause of efficiency loss and compressor failure)
  • Reduces maintenance costs and the use of toxic cleaning chemicals
  • Reduces energy consumption (Kwh)
  • Reduces energy demand (including during peak hours)

The Evaporcool™ System was recently tested at Underwriters Laboratories Inc.’s 16,000 square foot state-of-the-art testing facility in Plano, Texas. The testing was performed on a 7.5 ton DX style Air Conditioning System at 95°F, 98°F and 105°F. The graph represent the results.
