Evaporcool™ System’s patent-pending EZ-Frame™ system helps reduce both maintenance and repair costs. The frame is designed specifically for your unit. It magnetically attaches to commercial HVAC cooling units, outside the exterior condenser coil framing where it provides protection for the coils. By increasing the coil protection, Evaporcool™ prevents debris from entering the unit and damaging the coils. The reduction in the amount of dust and debris entering the unit, combined with the cleaner coils, increase the mean time between failures (MTBF) and reduces downtime.

Evaporcool™ drastically reduces the need for expensive coil cleanings and extends the life and efficiency of commercial units. According to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), systems with dirty coils typically consume 30 percent more energy and produce 10 percent less cooling, than a system with clean coils.

Traditionally, coils need to be cleaned once a quarter. Depending on the type of equipment, a full cleaning can take a qualified HVAC technician up to four to six hours or more and often requires the use of a caustic chemical cleaner. The addition of an Evaporcool™ System to the unit decreases the cleaning time to as little as just 15 or 20 minutes. And it is chemical-free. Before attaching Evaporcool™ the coils are thoroughly cleaned. After installing Evaporcool™, many of our clients have not needed to clean their unit’s coils for up to three years. When coils eventually need to be cleaned or other maintenance performed, the EZ-Frame™ system makes Evaporcool™ extremely easy for maintenance and repair technicians to remove and reattach.
